About me 


I am a HR consultant. I provide practical and commercially aware HR advice and support.

I am from St Helens and I work predominately with SME’s. I support businesses in St Helens, the Liverpool City Region, Greater Manchester and throughout the rest of the North West.

My job is to support businesses in all aspects of their People Management.

I have over 20 years of experience in HR, I am a Chartered member of CIPD and I have a HR Degree. I have held senior HR positions at St Helens Chamber of Commerce, Booker Distribution, Lowri Beck Services and Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

I am a fully trained Mental Health First Aider, IOSH qualified and I am “Safer Recruitment” trained for any businesses operating in the education sector.

I have extensive experience of working with Trade Unions, including the GMB and Unite.

Outside of work I am a keen rugby league fan and enjoy spending time with my husband, Dan and our very energetic 2-year-old dog, Woody.

I tailor my prices to your specific needs, so it’s usually better to give me a call or drop me an email to discuss your specific requirements.

However, to give you an indication, I have a range of options available.

Some clients choose a “pay-as-you go” type service and my hourly rate can be negotiated. However, I can also provide quotes for longer term assignments, for specific projects, or work on a retainer basis.
